The HydroXtreme-Series is available in six sizes, 3, 5, 7, 7 Wide Boy, 9 and 11 the HydroXtreme-Series is suitable for all penises up to 11″ in length.
Pump comes with lockable storage case containing the following;
- Shower Strap
- Bathmate Clean
- Cleaning Brush
- Handball and Hose
- Cleaning Towel
- Security Lock
Very simply in the bath or shower fill the pump up with water. Enter the flaccid penis into the pump and squeeze the handball to create suction to the body. Keep pumping the water out of the pump using the handball until you reach the highest pressure that you are comfortable with. Leave the pump against the body for up to 5 minutes (you should build up to this length of time) remove the pump from the body by pressing down the valve and then wait until flaccid again. Repeat this process 2 more times totalling up to 15 minutes. Repeat this process a maximum of 5 days a week.
